Thanks Daemonarch for the comment I found the solution and it was easy, so between 30 seconds to 1 minute the signals will come easily. I will try to put the steps to how get the solution but enshalla later :)

Hello I have S3 Mtk6575 and there is some issues with gps? I tried many programs from store and still give me 0 Satellite! does anyone know which rom is the best to solve gps poor signal problem ty and sorry for my english.
