RAM for pinphone how many?

oic...heap memory=RAM that java just need 4MB only other java application can one more..i run video...then i close application by push home button on phone...i try running again that video error said insufficient memory...then i try restart the phone then the video i can run...y this happen...

but my freespace still 3GB...still many...already try delete many java...got 2 only..but still same

i check memory still 3GB..but install java game said error..need space 4MB...it should be enough...why happen like this? i try install in phone or sd card also same error.
