The beta is up on the website, so far we dont have any support for OMX thats basicly for video decoding on the vpu :| but yea almost everything else is there, but bare in mind this just a beta, its not the stable release, we will make changes of course :)

You are correct, they also get an NDA (non disclosure agreement) they have to sign, btw the $5k USD was the cheapest one :P And reguarding porting to other tablets, should be pretty easy if you know what your doing, we will be putting up a donations page after we release the beta which will...
