Pinphone won't start

i buyed pinphone in today.

but i can not open.

how open pinphone?

i pressed top button 2-3 seconds but not open.

u mean start?? try to load your phone first.. maybe its empty..

i thinking empty battery and 2-3 hours charged the battery. but again i can not starting

Try a hardware reset right there:

Maybe it'll charge after that?!?

If you press and hold the button ON TOP of the phone the phone should start. If you charge it, you should also see a large batterie on the screen.

try to remove the batterie and insert it again.

look at the picture, colonelzap has postet. there are two "screws"(?)...
remove both and softly try to open the phone!!

I do remove battery and install battery. And resolve my problem.
